I have been coming here since the spring, and I can’t say enough good things about the place!
The friendly feeling I got the moment I first walked through the door is a reflection of the genuine hospitality of the instructors and other fellow members. I have had memberships in other gyms and studios that I enjoyed, but it is nothing like the House of Flyte! The instructors here are friendly and enthusiastic, and there is an intimacy that can’t be found elsewhere. As a fitness buff and health coach, I love the way that the instructors keep safety along with proper form and alignment in the forefront as they teach each move. I am never pushed out of my comfort zone, and I feel comfortable learning new moves at my own pace. The instructors are here to support you in your fitness goals and to make the most fun out of your experience. All of them are excellent and the energy of the studio is so positive!
Since I have been taking classes at the House of Flyte I have experienced many health benefits, starting from the first class! Being an avid cyclist, I was always experiencing chronic tightness in my hip flexors, lower back, and hamstrings. Nothing seemed to be able to relieve the discomfort no matter how much stretching or mat yoga I did. After my very first suspension class at the House of Flyte, my discomfort immediately disappeared and has not returned with my continued practice here. I also found immediate relief from the insomnia I have been experiencing due to mid-life hormone changes. With the inversions, I can really feel the internal shifts taking place in my body as it rebalances itself making me feel less stressed overall. In addition, my fitness level has greatly improved especially my core strength. This has really enhanced all the other sports I love to do.
The House of Flyte is the most supportive and enjoyable fitness environment I have ever been a part of. It truly is my new favorite playground! Candice is so accommodating to her members and fellow instructors. Thank you Candice for providing such a wonderful place to connect and play and all while getting fit!

2 jars of Tostitos® Salsa con Queso (23 oz)
1 lb package of ground turkey
Using a cast iron or nonstick skillet over medium‑high heat, spray pan with PAM olive oil and brown ground turkey till cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Transfer cooked turkey to a large bowl.
Pour the Tostitos® Salsa con Queso into the same pan and simmer on low until heated through and it starts to bubble.
Slowly stir the turkey back into the Queso, heat the mixture on low until it is heated throughout.
To serve transfer to a large party dip bowl and Serve with Tostitos ® Baked Scoops.
Or transfer to a large microwaveable bowl and reheat for later. Works great to make a day ahead!
